For the original owner who purchased product(s) directly from us online (standardluggage.com), if for whatever reason your purchase has not met your expectations, within 15 days from the date of delivery contact us at email@example.com to request a return.
We will reply with further instructions and a printable label with a return address.
For the original owner, we stand by the quality and materials that go in to our products. We offer a lifetime manufacturer’s guarantee against any defects in materials or workmanship.
Our warranty does not cover damage caused by negligence, extreme use, improper care, accidents, or the natural breakdown of materials over time. If damages are not covered under warranty, we may help to recommend repair services.
Depending on the nature of the defect and product availability, we will either: (1) provide a reimbursement for repair services, (2) replace your product, (3) issue you a refund.
To validate that you are the original owner, we may ask that you provide proof of purchase along with your claim.
Warranty claims may be made online by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org. To allow us to assist you best, please include a detailed description of the defect (with pictures if possible), your order number, and, model name.
We will assess your situation and reply with options.
All goods must be returned to us with all original labels and packaging in an unused state. Unless presented otherwise, you will be responsible for the shipping fee to return your order. It is highly recommended that you purchase tracking and insurance for your shipment, as we cannot be held responsible for damaged or lost returns.
For international orders please ensure that you clearly mark all your return packaging as “Goods Returned Under Warranty” before sending, as we cannot accept customs charges.
All returns are subject to inspection and we reserve the right to deny your return if the product is not in original condition with original packaging. Upon passing inspection, we will refund your original method of payment within five business days. If you do not pass inspection, your return will be denied and you may be required to pay shipping costs to re-return your item to you.
For all Standard Luggage Co. products purchased from other retailers or re-sellers (online or in-person), those purchases are subject to the return policy of the retailer.
