Standard Luggage is pleased to offer Free World-Wide Shipping on all items in our online store. Please note that our shipping service is offered on a best-efforts basis, and is subject to certain exceptions (see below). We reserve the right to revoke our free shipping offer, as we assess all orders on a case-by-case basis.

How we ship

Depending on your shipping address, we will from a list of reputable companies that include: Fedex, DHL, UPS, United States Postal Service, Canada Post, Hong Kong Post, TGX, and others. All orders will include a global tracking number that you will be able to look on the company website for status updates.

United States: Free Ground shipping within 5 business days + 1 day for order processing. Depending your state, you may be subject to local state taxes at the time of checkout. All orders within the United States arrive duties paid.

Canada: Free Ground shipping within 5 business days + 1 day for order processing. Depending your province, your order may be subject to GST/PST and/or HST at the time of checkout.  All orders within Canada arrive duties paid.

International: Free International Shipping within 4 – 10 business days + 1 day for order processing. Important: Our shipping service is for shipping cost only. Additional import fees, levies, and/or taxes that may be charged through the import process at your country of import.

Expedited Shipping: We may be able to offer expedited shipping with a surcharge added to your order. If expedited shipping is available to your country the price and shipping times will be indicated at checkout. Please note all above shipping times are guidelines only and delays may happen.

Shipping Exceptions:

Generally speaking, we will ship to any address in the world that qualifies for Fedex international shipping. However, there are certain circumstances (legal or logistical) for which we are not able to ship to certain addresses:

  • Within OFAC / EAR Comprehensively Embargoed Countries
  • Within OFAC / EAR Targeted Sanctioned Countries
  • Within ITAR Prohibited Countries
  • Not served by the Fedex or DHL international shipping services


How do I know if my address is eligible for Free Shipping?

No action is required by you. At time of your order, your shipping address will be verified by our ordering processing team. We will determine if your address qualifies for our free shipping. Once verified, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that your order has been sent to our warehouse for processing.

If your order is not eligible for free shipping, a member from our order processing team will contact you by e-mail with alternative options that may include:

  • Changing the shipping address on your order
  • Paying a nominal surcharge to account for added shipping costs
  • Cancelling your order
