We are pleased to offer Free World-Wide Shipping on all items in our store. 

How we ship

Depending on your country, we select from a list of companies that includes: FedEx, DHL, UPS, United States Postal Service, Canada Post, and Hong Kong Post. All orders include a global tracking number that you will be able to track on their websites to obtain status updates.

United States: Free ground shipping within 3-6 business days. Depending on your state, your order may be subject to local state taxes at the time of checkout. 

Canada: Free ground shipping within 3-6 business days. Depending on your province, your order may be subject to GST/PST and/or HST at the time of checkout.

International: Free International Shipping within 6 – 12 business days. Important: Our shipping service is for shipping cost only.  Additional import fees, levies, and/or taxes that may be charged through the import process at your country of import.

Expedited Shipping: We may be able to offer expedited shipping with a surcharge added to your order. If expedited shipping is available to your country, the price and shipping times will be indicated at checkout. Please note all above shipping times are guidelines only and delays may happen. Our shipping is offered on a best-efforts basis and is subject to certain exceptions (see below).

Shipping Exceptions:

Generally speaking, we will ship to any address in the world that qualifies for Fedex international shipping. However, there are certain circumstances (legal or logistical) for which we are not able to ship to certain addresses:

  • Within OFAC / EAR Comprehensively Embargoed Countries
  • Within OFAC / EAR Targeted Sanctioned Countries
  • Within ITAR Prohibited Countries


How do I know if my address is eligible for shipping?

No action is required by you. At the time of your order, your shipping address will be verified by our ordering processing team. Once verified, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that your order has been sent to our warehouse for processing. If your order is not eligible for free shipping, a member from our order processing team will contact you by e-mail with alternative options that may include:

  • Changing the shipping address on your order
  • Paying a surcharge to account for added shipping costs
  • Canceling your order and getting a refund
