Our warranty does not cover damage caused by negligence, extreme use, improper care, accidents, or the natural breakdown of materials over time. If damages are not covered under warranty, we may help to recommend repair services.
Depending on the nature of the defect and product availability, we will either: (1) replace your product, (2) issue you a refund, (3) or issue you store credit.
To validate that you are the original owner, we may ask that you provide proof of purchase along with your claim.

To allow us to assist you faster, please include a detailed description of the defect (with pictures if possible), your order number, retailer name (if you bought it from a retailer), model name and color. We will reply with further instructions.

Online Satisfaction Guarantee & Returns
For the original owner who purchased product(s) directly from us online (standardluggage.com), if for whatever reason your purchase has not met your expectations, within 30 days, simply contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a refund. We will reply with further instructions and a printable label with a return address.
All goods must be returned to us with all original labels and packaging in an unused state. You will be responsible for the shipping fee to return your order. It is highly recommended that you purchase tracking and insurance for your shipment, as we cannot be held responsible damaged or lost returns. Please ensure that you clearly mark all your return packaging as “Goods Returned Under Warranty” before sending, as we cannot accept customs charges.
All returns are subject to inspection and we reserve the right to deny your return if the product is not in original condition with original packaging. Upon passing inspection, we will refund your original method of payment within ten business days. If your does not pass inspection, your return will be denied and you may be required to pay shipment costs to re-return your item to you.
For all Standard Luggage Co. products purchased from other retailers or resellers (online or in-person), those purchases are subject to the refund policy of the retailer. Sorry, the Online Satisfaction Guarantee is only available for customers who have purchased Standard Luggage products directly from us online (at stadardluggage.com).
