Use a carry on backpack to travel happier, and save time and money

Research and accuracy informs all the work we do at Standard Luggage Co. It seems like all airlines have varying policies, fees, and restrictions when it comes to flying with them.  In designing our travel backpack, we needed to validate that Standard's Carry-on would fit on any major airline. So we went out and got ALL the data to ensure we designed the best possible bag that would let you travel happier and save time and money.

When you travel only with a carry on, there’s no luggage to check and un-check at the airport. Not checking bags is a huge time saver and not to mention much easier experience now most airports are adopting self-service check-ins and streamlined security checks. If you’re running late, you might even be able to dodge a slow elevator or jump the queue for a taxi. Saving time in those situations can mean the difference between missing that critical connecting flight or not.

With so many airlines charging for checked baggage, we knew there was a serious opportunity there. For the cost conscious traveller, paying baggage fees add up quickly.  That’s why we can confidently say that by using our Carry-on, you can save up $50 per trip in 1^st checked bag fees, and up to $100 on the 2^nd checked bag fee. Take a few trips and Carry-on pays for itself… now that’s progress.
